Annual Rubber Ducky Races Since 1995 the Kenai Lions Club has been able to use money raised from this event to fund programs that benefit our beautiful city year-round.

This community-wide, one-day, one-stop resource fair for individuals experiencing homelessness in Anchorage will take place on Sept. 23, 2025, at the Egan Civic & Convention Center, 555 W. Big Lake Lions Club is hosting our annual community "Trunk or Treat" on October 31st from 5-7pm. All ages are welcome. Gorilla Fireworks Show starts at 7pm. Annual Halloween Trunk or Treat and Haunted Hike.

DG Robert Posma’s Annual Midwinter Conference for all clubs in District 49A  

The Friday night banquet at the 49A Midwinter will be a 75th Anniversary Celebration for two of our District 49A Lions Clubs, the Spenard Lions and the Mt. McKinley Lions. The Spenard Lions’ charter date is 11/20/50 and Mt McKinley Lions’ is 11/29/50.  

  Free Thanksgiving dinner offered to the community at the Eagle River Lions Club House.
