Big Lake Lions Club is hosting our annual community "Trunk or Treat" on October 31st from 5-7pm. All ages are welcome. Gorilla Fireworks Show starts at 7pm. Annual Halloween Trunk or Treat and Haunted Hike.

Annual Barbecue:  Held in November, this is one of our largest fundraiser of the year.  All proceeds go directly to the American Diabetes Association.  Volunteers and Lions get up before the crack of dawn to fire the smoker up and spend 6 or 7 hours smoking the ribs to perfection.  Dinner consists of ribs, cole slaw, […]

The Friday night banquet at the 49A Midwinter will be a 75th Anniversary Celebration for two of our District 49A Lions Clubs, the Spenard Lions and the Mt. McKinley Lions. The Spenard Lions’ charter date is 11/20/50 and Mt McKinley Lions’ is 11/29/50.  

  Free Thanksgiving dinner offered to the community at the Eagle River Lions Club House.
